Meet Sahvanna

Over a decade ago, I was training regularly at the gym, then constantly struggled with lower back pain and tightness. I thought yoga was all about handstands and flexibility, until I discovered that it’s really about healing and body awareness.

It has changed my life, and it is the foundation of how I teach.

My purpose is to guide working professionals over 50 to build strength, find balance, and calm through yoga.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, you just need curiosity and an open mind.
